Welcome to Discover Rome Tours. By booking or participating in a tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through our website or authorized agents.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
You must provide accurate and complete information when booking. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or missing information.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Standard Tours: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour start time will receive a full refund. No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or for no-shows.
Private or Custom Tours: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days.
3. Changes and Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any tour due to weather, safety, unforeseen circumstances, or insufficient participants.
If we cancel, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
4. Participation and Conduct
Customers must arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
5. Accessibility and Limitations
Some tours involve walking, stairs, or uneven terrain and may not be suitable for all guests.
Please contact us in advance regarding any accessibility needs so we can advise accordingly.
6. Liability and Insurance
Discover Rome Tours is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or theft during tours. Participation is at your own risk.
We recommend that all guests have adequate travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, personal liability, and cancellation expenses.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Discover Rome Tours and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Privacy
We collect and store personal information in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties without consent.
9. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rome, Italy.
